Its about 8AM. Just took the dogs out, and its COLD and windy outside. We are about to start heading south so that should change.
As you can see, gas isn't cheap. We didnt buy gas here, but have been paying about $2.9-3/gallon.
Everyone seems to have wireless internet for free. Every rest stop thus far has had it and most motels seem to also. Very nice.
Driving through Iowa is much like driving through parts of Michigan or Ohio. Farmland as far as the eyes can see. Closer to Nebraska it becomes rolling hills covered in, you guesed it, farmland.
